Rudhramadevi Chess Academy is a brand and educational initiative operated under AVY OVERCLOCKED COMPUTING PRIVATE LIMITED. All financial transactions, online registrations, tournament entry fees, and course payments processed through this website are managed by and will appear on your bank/UPI statements under the name AVY OVERCLOCKED COMPUTING PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing this website or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy set forth herein.

By using this website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

2.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to coaching materials, training curricula, tournament formats, graphics, logos, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rudhramadevi Chess Academy / AVY OVERCLOCKED COMPUTING PRIVATE LIMITED. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

2.2 User Conduct

• You must not use this site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its related systems.
• You must not engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the website's normal operation.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information and reserve the right to amend content at any time without prior notice.

Registration for any tournament hosted or organised by Rudhramadevi Chess Academy constitutes acceptance of all tournament-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• Verification: All entries are subject to verification by the tournament organisers. We reserve the right to request supporting documents (such as AICF rating cards, school ID, or date-of-birth certificates) to confirm eligibility for age-group or rating-category events.
• Accuracy of Data: Participants must provide accurate age, FIDE/AICF rating, and personal information at the time of registration. Falsifying age or rating data will result in immediate disqualification without any refund of entry fees.
• Right to Refuse Entry: The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel a registration at their sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met, with reasons communicated to the applicant.
• Payment Confirmation: A registration is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of the full entry fee. Incomplete payments will not reserve a seat.

We understand that circumstances can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before completing your payment.

4.1 Tournament Entry Fees

• Generally Non-Refundable: Entry fees for tournaments are generally non-refundable once a registration has been confirmed and payment received.
• Early Cancellation Credit: Cancellations made in writing (via email to the contact address below) at least 48 hours prior to the published tournament start date and time may be eligible, at the sole discretion of the organisers, for a credit note redeemable against a future RDCA event. No cash refund will be issued under this provision.
• No-shows: Participants who fail to appear on the day of the tournament without prior written notice will not receive any refund or credit.
• Event Cancellation by Organisers: In the event that a tournament is cancelled entirely by Rudhramadevi Chess Academy (e.g., due to force majeure or insufficient registrations), registered participants will receive a full refund of their paid entry fee within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4.2 Course Fees

Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a course, please contact us at the details below and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a suitable alternative at our discretion.

4.3 How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, send an email to thurakaraju10@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request – [Your Name] – [Tournament/Course Name]" and include your registration ID and payment receipt. Requests submitted without this information may not be processed.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment instrument used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods. AVY OVERCLOCKED COMPUTING PRIVATE LIMITED bears no liability for delays caused by the participant's bank or payment provider.
